Notice: Fraudulent Child Support Collection Calls
Three Northeast Ohio county CSEAs have been contacted regarding calls requesting payment for past due child support. Please be advised Tuscarawas County CSEA does not use robo calling, nor will we request payment over the phone. A Tuscarawas County CSEA employee will introduce themselves by their first name and will inform you they are calling from Tuscarawas County CSEA. If you have any doubt with whom you are speaking, please hang up and call (330)343-0099 and ask to speak with your case manager or another member of the TCCSEA team

ATTENTION ALL CHILD SUPPORT RECIPIENTS:
Ohio is transitioning from e-QuickPay Mastercards to smiONE Visa cards.
Visa Card Example

New cards will be issued in June. DO NOT DISCARD YOUR BIRD CARD! You must spend down the balance to $0. Money can’t be transferred from the old card to the new card.

If you have any doubt about whether we have your current contact information, please visit the child support portal, ChildSupport.Ohio.gov, or call Tuscarawas County CSEA at 330-343-0099.
