(UPDATED) Civ.R.6(C) provides that motion hearings and non-oral consideration of motions are generally held on the fourth Monday following filing (sixth Monday for summary judgment). The schedule is published the Monday prior. The Court will mail the Motion Schedule to all non local attorneys and self represented parties who have a pending motion on the upcoming week's docket. The Tuscarawas County Clerk of Courts accepts all filings and maintains the Court docket and files. Copies of court filings can be obtained from the Clerk of Courts' office. The Clerk’s office is located on the second floor of the Tuscarawas County Office Building at 125 East High Avenue. The phone number is 330-365-3243 and office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, except for legal holidays.
