VINE System Program

The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office is a proud participant in the Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) system sponsored by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. By dialing the VINE hotline number, this system allows crime victims to have access to the most current information available regarding their offenders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The VINE system provides offender information over the telephone and allows crime victims, who register, to be notified anytime that offender is released or transferred.

Crime victims have the right to know the whereabouts of their offenders. Through the VINE hotline number, crime victims can receive reassurance as to where their offenders are located.

Anyone interested in receiving offender information or registering in order to be notified anytime the offender is released or transferred, please call 1-800-770-0192 or visit http://www.vinelink.com. It is a free service and no type of fee is charged to anyone who uses the VINE system. The victim can place unlimited calls to the VINE system and will remain anonymous at all times.
