Traffic Fines
If you want to pay traffic fines, please contact the New Philadelphia Municipal Court at 330-343-6797 or Tuscarawas County Court at 740-922-4795. If you want to pay juvenile traffic fines, please contact the Juvenile office at 330-365-3271.
Judgments/ Tax Liens
State of Ohio tax liens must be paid in full through the State of Ohio before they can be released. State toll free number is 888-301-8885. After the lien has been paid in full it must be released with the Tuscarawas County Clerk of Courts. The cost to release a lien is $47.46 per lien. If you have any questions, please call 330-365-3243 we will be glad to assist you. Once the lien has been paid in full we can accept credit card payment and release the lien over the phone.
