Welcome to the Juvenile Division of the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas. This Court is divided into two sections, Juvenile Paternity and Juvenile Probation.
The Juvenile Paternity section handles custody, visitation, and child support matters for parties that were not married at the time the child(ren) was/were born; or are married and separated but have not yet filed for divorce/dissolution.

By choosing to file pro se you are acting as your own attorney. You are expected to provide all necessary forms in the proper manner. Failure to file all necessary forms properly could result in dismissal of your action.

In order for your case to be heard, the Judge has requested that all parties dress in appropriate fashion. For example, no shorts, mini-skirts, tank tops or other inappropriate attire will be permitted.
