I want to welcome you to the Clerk of Courts on-line. Over the last couple of years, we have been working on improvements to our web site. I am pleased to announce that we are now able to offer online access to the
Dockets and Indices maintained by the Clerk of Courts’ Office. The records are updated nightly so this site will reflect the information available at the close of business of the prior day.

Those involved in a foreclosure may wish to visit the Tuscarawas County Save Our Homes Task Force’s informational web site located elsewhere on this site. On this site, you can also find information pertaining to the clerk of courts’ Legal and Title divisions. You can search
Motor Vehicle and Watercraft Title Records, find a list of Unclaimed Funds and download various Forms.
We have attempted to answer many of the questions that are important to the citizens of the County, the users of the Courts and patrons of the Title division. We hope you find the site beneficial.
