Located on the ground floor of the main courthouse.  The library offers Notary Public Testing Packets for the cost of $61.00.  The requirements for becoming a notary public:  You must apply for a notary in the county in which you reside.  Must be a registered voter and a US Citizen.  Applicants will also be required to take a notary test.  The notary test is given the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at the courthouse 2nd floor Common Pleas.  Test time 7:30 AM.

The Library is open to the general public, however books cannot be removed from the library.  The library staff are not attorneys and are unable to offer legal advice.
