The Clerk of Court accepts fax filings to 330-343-4682 if the filing does not require a deposit. The cost will be $2.00 for the filing and $1.00 for each page. Consult our Local Rules for further information including a transmittal form. That filing will be considered the original; there is no need to mail it to the Clerk.
No document shall be accepted by the clerk of courts for email filing if it requires a filing fee or service by the clerk of courts. The clerk of courts may assess fees for an email filing as set forth in R.C. 2303.20(Y).
The cost for the transcript is $3.50 per page, which includes the original transcript to be filed with the Court and a copy for the requesting party. Once the transcript is prepared and filed, any copies requested are $.10 per page for a printed version or free via e-mail. Click here to obtain form
The notary application process begins at the Tuscarawas County Law Library, and applicants need to purchase a packet that includes the recording and testing fee. Visit the library website for the packet cost, library location and hours and for the testing schedule.
