New Philadelphia is located just off Interstate 77 at exit 81.  Turn East off the highway exit toward downtown, onto West High Avenue.

The Courthouse is located on the square, at the intersection of Broadway and High Avenues.

From Route 250:
Take New Philadelphia (New Towne Mall) exit, head North on South Broadway to the Square.
