A. Financial
arrangements are made with the Director.
B. The residents
room and board payment must be paid by the tenth of each month.
C. Volunteers
come on a regular basis, they present church services, bingo, and various programs and
parties.
D. Mealtimes are
7:30 a.m. (breakfast) 12:00 noon (lunch) and 5:00 p.m. (dinner). All meals are
served in the main dining room.
E. Medicines are
passed at mealtimes and on an evening cart before bedtime.
F. Laundry is
done here at Colonial Manor, but if the family wishes to do it they may do so.
G. Alcoholic
Beverages are not allowed to be used in the rooms
by the residents or allowed on the Colonial Manor grounds.
H. No pointed,
sharp objects such as pocket knives, scissors, etc... no guns/weapons permitted.
I. Visiting
hours are every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
J. If residents
would like to leave the Colonial Manor for visits during the day, overnight, etc..., the
friend or relative who is taking them should call the office at least 12 hours ahead of
time so we can have them ready.
K. The office is
open Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is closed on Saturday and
Sunday, and holidays.
L. Residents may
have a car in accordance with specific regulations:
1. Must pay full room and board.
2. Have valid drivers license.
3. Have proof of insurance.
4. May not take other residents in car.
5. No alcoholic beverages can be brought in.
