The Passport Division of the Clerk of Courts’ office is located at 410 Lewis Avenue, New Philadelphia, Ohio.   This location has a Deputy Clerk of Courts available to assist you with your passport needs.  In addition, employees of the Tuscarawas County AAA are also available to provide you with passport forms and answer questions.  The office is open from 8:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, 8:45 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday and 8:45 to noon on Saturday.  The phone number for the office is (330)364-3197 if you have any questions regarding passport services.
