In an effort to protect the privacy of our customers, the CSEA cannot provide payment information over the phone. If you have a support order please call the VRU toll free at 1-800-860-2555 to check payment status or you my log onto the Customer Service Web Portal at www.jfs.ohio.gov/OCS
where you can view and print payment history, view case and Court Order information. The Customer Service Web Portal is available 23 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.
