A person may have a child support case and have
a family member employed by the CSEA or the Department of Job and
Family Services. These
cases are maintained in a restricted access caseload.
The case manager assigned to this restricted caseload is:
Rita.
Cases which do not have paternity (father-child relationship) established are assigned alphabetically by the mother’s surname (last name). When paternity is established, but child and medical support has not yet been ordered by the Court, cases are assigned by man’s surname (last name).
These cases are maintained in separate case
loads in order to efficiently serve our clients and have been
assigned to the following case manager:
Larry.
Married couples who are going through a Divorce and have temporary child support orders issued are assigned to Melanie. Once the divorce becomes final, the case will be transferred to the correct alpha surname case manager.
